My working hours are changing as of 13/11/23 until September 2024..
As most of you are aware by now, I am in my final year of my Podiatry degree, subsequently meaning the academic work load has increased again hugely. Up until now I have managed to work full time and do my degree, however this year I have decided to drop to 3 days of work over a 4 day week. Monday and Wednesday will be 9am-late, Tuesday and Thursday will be 9am- 12.30pm and the clinic will be closed on Friday.
This change will be in place until September 2024, this means that wait times may be slightly longer for appointments, so we encourage you to book in advance or to give us at least 7-10 days notice before an appointment is needed. This will be wavered if an emergency/urgent appointment is needed.
Not long now until I will be a podiatrist, and I am so grateful for all the support from you all over this 5 year period!

Cancellation policy:
Like you, our time is valuable, and we politely request that you give at least 24 hours notice (or more if possible) when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us an opportunity to reallocate your appointment to someone else waiting, and this is more difficult to do the less notice we have.
Failure to give 24 hours notice of cancellation, or non-attendance, will result in the full appointment charge being applied. You will be required to pay the missed appointment fee prior to any further appointments being made, this can be done via BACS, our payment link (will be sent to you) or cash.
We are aware that from time to time circumstances dictate that an appointment may be missed. Exceptional circumstances will be considered at the discretion of the clinic/practitioner at Sterling Foot Clinic.

I work in Clinic 5 days a week, we also have a receptionist working 9am-1pm daily, Mon-Fri. Unfortunately I do not offer weekend appointments, but I do offer late night appointments if needed to fit in around your schedule, please just ask when booking.
The clinic is a bright and friendly environment, with one treatment room, a spacious waiting room with refreshments, WC and has disabled access- ramp and grab rails.
Parking:
There is driveway space or free on road parking.
My working hours are:
Monday- 9.30am- 5pm
Tuesday- 9.30am - 5pm
Wednesday- 9.30am- 5pm
Thursday- 9am - 5pm
Friday- 9am- 5pm
Home visits:
Due to increased work load within clinic I have made the decision to not carry out home visits any more- this will be from 1/8/2022. I have a few practitioners taking over my domiciliary workload, so if you do require a home visit please do contact me for a reliable recommendation.
